Objective: Overcome fragmentation in the implementation of state initiatives, introduce systematisation, transparency and enhance accountability.
Solution: Under the guidance of Ravil Akhtyamov, a Project Management Office (PMO) system was created and implemented in the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan. This was not a theoretical model, but a practical management system governing over 50 state projects.
